Sourcing.sh brings together professional data from public sources and providers to support sales and recruiting teams. Our index requires authorised access; profiles are not publicly available.
Access
Obtain a copy of the index data that concerns you.
Rectification
Have inaccurate or obsolete data corrected (position, employer, etc.).
Erasure
Request the deletion of your data in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
Opposition
Refuse commercial prospecting or request the cessation of processing based on legitimate interest depending on your situation.
Sources, uses and legal framework
The index may rely on legitimate interests, after assessing the purpose, necessity and balance with your rights. Public data cannot be freely reused for any purpose.
- Public professional profiles (LinkedIn and equivalent networks)
- Job sites and career platforms (APEC, Indeed, WTTJ, etc.)
- Company websites and team pages
- Portfolios and professional personal sites
- Public registers and publications
- Professional data and enrichment providers (source available upon request for access)
You may object to direct marketing without giving a reason. For other processing based on legitimate interests, explain your particular situation. You may also request restriction of processing.

How we handle your request
Three steps. No account needed.
1. Receipt
Your request is recorded. We contact you by email to confirm that you made it and explain the next steps.
2. Verification
We check that the data concerns you or that you are authorised to act. If there is reasonable doubt, we request proportionate evidence. Do not send an identity document unless requested.
3. Response
We inform you of the outcome without undue delay, usually within one month. A two-month extension may be necessary; we explain the reason within the first month.
What does a removal request cover?
You can request removal of your profile and an end to future updates or re-entry into our index. After reviewing your request, we confirm by email the measures actually applied.
A minimal objection record may be retained to prevent re-entry. It must not be used for prospecting. Some data may be retained where a legal obligation or the defence of legal claims requires it; we explain any applicable exceptions.
Removal from our index does not delete the profile from its original site or automatically remove copies held by third parties. Where required by the GDPR, we notify the relevant recipients. We explain any refusal, and you may contact the CNIL.
