General conditions of use

The Sourcing.sh service is published and operated by TACL GROUP, a single-member simplified joint stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1.00, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number 982 948 978, whose head office is located at 58 rue de Monceau, CS 48756, 75008 Paris, France.

In these T&Cs, “Sourcing.sh” designates TACL GROUP in its capacity as publisher and provider of the service. Contact: contact@sourcing.sh.

Sourcing.sh provides access to an index of professional data aggregated from public sources and partners: companies, job offers, market signals and professional profiles (“the Index”). The service is designed to be queried by humans (web interface) as well as by AI agents (API, MCP server), for recruitment and B2B business development purposes.

The public site only exposes anonymous aggregates; the personal data is reserved for authenticated users with an active subscription.

Access to the service requires an account, reserved for professionals acting within the framework of their activity. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided during registration and the confidentiality of your identifiers and API keys. You are responsible for the uses you authorize, including those of your AI agents. Report any suspected compromise immediately; liability for fraudulent access is assessed according to the circumstances and the applicable rules.

Sourcing.sh may restrict the functionalities concerned, suspend access or revoke keys in the event of illicit use, abusive collection, unauthorized sharing of identifiers, circumvention of quotas, infringement of people's rights, security risk or non-payment. The measure must be proportionate to the breach. Except in the event of an emergency, legal obligation or risk to safety or people, the customer receives a reasoned notification and has seven days to regularize the situation. An immediate suspension can be taken as a precautionary measure in these urgent situations; the customer is informed as soon as possible without compromising security.

You can challenge a measure at contact@sourcing.sh. The situation is subject to human review. A serious or unresolved breach may result in termination, under the conditions provided for by law. A suspension does not prevent the exercise of your rights over your data or the processing of a complaint.

The Index is provided for internal professional use in recruitment, sourcing and business development, in compliance with the GDPR and the rules applicable to prospecting. As the recipient of the data, you become responsible for your own downstream processing: informing people, managing objections, respecting retention periods.

The service is natively accessible to AI agents via API and MCP server. This access is subject to the same conditions as human access, and to the following restrictions, applicable to any user, human or automated:

• Retraining ban : it is prohibited to use the Index corpus, in whole or in part, to train, refine (fine-tuning) or evaluate a machine learning model, without prior written agreement from Sourcing.sh.
• Mirror site ban : it is prohibited to reconstitute, republish, resell or make accessible to third parties all or a substantial part of the Index, in any form whatsoever (mirror site, competing database, mass export).
• Proportionate extraction : requests must correspond to a real business need; Systematic harvesting (scraping, crawling) of the Index beyond the subscription quotas is prohibited.
• Traceability : access by AI agents may be the subject of security and consumption logs; you agree not to mask or falsify the identity of the calling agent or account.

The Index contains professional data relating to people who do not have an account and are not parties to these T&Cs. These people are not “users” of the service: their data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), under the conditions detailed in our privacy policy.

Any indexed person can exercise their rights (in particular their right of opposition and deletion) free of charge and without an account via the page /your-data. When a person objects, their data is removed from the Index and you agree to stop using it upon notification.

The Index, its structure, the site, the brand and the associated software are the property of TACL GROUP or their respective owners, protected in particular by copyright and the sui generis right of the database producer (art. L.341-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code).

Sourcing.sh grants you a user license non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited to the duration of your subscription and the uses authorized by sections 3 and 4. Any other use is prohibited. Closure ends access to the service. Data already lawfully delivered may remain used in your tools for authorized purposes, subject to the rights of third parties, retention periods and notified rectifications or oppositions. This does not authorize republication or the creation of a competing service.

Prices in euros excluding VAT are listed on the Prices page. Prices may change. The rates accepted in your order or quotation apply to the subscribed period; any future change will be communicated before it takes effect.

The simulator provides an estimate. The subscription, term and billing schedule are confirmed before any order. A demo request or trial does not trigger automatic payment. Only successful actions consume credits; additional purchases require your agreement. Your balance remains available while your subscription is active.

You can stop renewal by writing to contact@sourcing.sh. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, unless otherwise agreed. Amounts already owed remain payable, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within thirty days. For business customers, late payment incurs interest at the ECB refinancing rate plus ten percentage points and a €40 recovery fee, with documented additional recovery costs payable where higher.

Sourcing.sh implements reasonable means to ensure the freshness, availability and accuracy of the Index, without guaranteeing completeness or the absence of errors: the data comes from public sources and partners, by nature evolving. The Service is provided “as is”.

Subject to mandatory rules, gross or willful misconduct and responsibilities which cannot be excluded or limited, the contractual liability of Sourcing.sh is limited to direct damage and capped at the amount of the sums paid for the last twelve months of subscription. Each party remains responsible for the processing that it determines or carries out. This clause does not limit the rights of data subjects under the GDPR.

The processing of personal data linked to the service is described in the privacy policy, which is an integral part of these T&Cs. The people indexed have the page /your-data to exercise their rights.

The accepted prices and consumption scale remain applicable during the current commitment period, unless expressly agreed by the customer or mandatory legal provision. A new version is communicated at least thirty days before the renewal concerned. The customer can refuse it and request that the renewal be stopped before it comes into force. The simple publication of a new grid on the site does not retroactively modify an accepted order. Modifications requiring express consent are subject to separate acceptance.

These T&Cs are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or execution falls, after an attempt at an amicable resolution, to the competent courts according to the rules of common law. No clause in these General Terms and Conditions deprives a party of mandatory protection applicable to it.
